🛁 Restorative Bathroom Rituals

• Candle + Music Setup: Light a calming candle (lavender, eucalyptus, or vanilla are great!) and play some chill tunes while you get ready or unwind.
• Steam and Breathe: Turn on the hot shower for a minute to steam up the room. Then just sit quietly, close your eyes, and take deep breaths.
• Gratitude While Washing Face: As you cleanse your face, name three things you’re thankful for. It turns a routine task into a mindful act.
• Exfoliate Slowly: Use a gentle scrub and take your time—almost like a massage. It’s not just about cleaning, it’s about reconnecting with your body.
• Essential Oil Shower Burst: Add a few drops of essential oil to a washcloth and place it near the shower stream. It’ll fill the air with scent and elevate the mood.
