  • Exfoliate Slowly: Use a gentle scrub and take your time—almost like a massage. It’s not just about cleaning, it’s about reconnecting with your body.
  • Essential Oil Shower Burst: Add a few drops of essential oil to a washcloth and place it near the shower stream. It’ll fill the air with scent and elevate the mood.
